I am a certified personal trainer with National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA) and have been since 2004.  Every 2-years to keep my certification current, I attend workshops or complete online courses, and this allows me to stay up-to-date on the ever-changing world of health and fitness.  It is very important that I remain on the cutting edge of training protocols, for my own personal growth but also for my clients benefit.

Working one-on-one with you at my in-home studio in Perry Hall for any amount of time will be tremendously beneficial to your health regimen.  I meet with each client for an initial consultation where we review your health history, past successes and failures, goals for the future, we also perform a movement screening.  It is my duty to fully understand where you (the client) are coming from and therefore tailor a program to fit your needs to successfully move forward!  This is not a ‘one-size fits all’ approach.
