Working with Kara these past few years has been amazing. She always challenges and motivates me to be the best version of myself. It’s not about a number on a scale with her, but more about how you feel. And I can honestly say after working with Kara I feel the best I have ever felt! Working one-on-one is like physical and mental therapy; I left each session saying “that was just what I needed.” She also offers boot camps which are group sessions that push me to do things I probably wouldn’t do on my own. Whether it’s an individual or group workout she keeps the workouts fun, challenging, and engaging! I highly recommend working with Kara, you definitely won’t regret it!
